I purchased furniture from Comfyco that was severely damaged in transit. My mom signed in lieu of me as I was at work, and she was unaware that the couch could be raised for storage, and this is where the damage was located.
I contacted the company the next business day, only to have vulgarities hurled at me for simply asking about an exchange.
What's worse is that this is after they pleaded with me weeks before to have my furniture delivered weeks later than originally scheduled.
Do yourself a favor and find the item you like on their website, but buy it elsewhere....trust me it's worth it.
